our mission is to square the curve, Making your health span equal to your life span by being hard to kill
The white line is life span, the blue line is life span with modern medicine sqeezing a few more years out, and the red line, is what following the Big 5 (see below) can do for you!
our training style
Our CEO, and Lead Trainer Jason has a hard and straight forward philosophy, BE HARD TO KILL. That is why the company is named what it is. He has personally faced death too many times. In fact he jokes that he only has five of his nine lives left. Facing gunshot wounds, broken bones from a car crash, a rough landing while skydiving, and most recently quadruple bypass surgery (2023). He delivers a strong and credible message to his clients, "death comes for everyone, make him fight you for it."
Both remote and in person sessions are wholistic in approach, robust in customization, and focus on movement, mobility, chassis integrity, and balance.
Jason is pursuing his Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Concordia University St. Paul, and holds a Certified Personal Trainer designation, with specialties in Fitness Nutrition, Senior Fitness and Corrective Fitness.

the big five
fuel
Understanding what’s happening inside your body is essential. Often, imbalances in your macronutrient intake are the root cause, and we are here to guide you. Our approach doesn’t require giving up your favorite foods—just gaining awareness of how they impact your body and composition.
rest / recovery
Rest is the most critical factor after fuel. Regardless of your workload, without proper recovery, progress stalls. From dedicated rest days to improving nightly sleep quality, we provide strategies to enhance your recovery and optimize your routine.
movement
The two most critical factors in reducing all-cause mortality are maintaining lean muscle mass and achieving a high VO2 max. We leverage this by offering tailored resistance and cardiovascular training designed to enhance your longevity and resilience. Our programs also integrate mobility work and active recovery to support your overall health and ensure consistent progress.
distress tolerance
Incorporating meditation, mobility exercises, clear thinking, and targeted mental training fosters critical neurological benefits that enhance cognitive performance, alleviate stress, and promote optimal overall well-being.
supplements
When essential nutrients cannot be sufficiently obtained through diet alone, supplementation may be necessary. We offer these supplements at cost to our clients, strictly following their physicians’ recommendations.
